$920-980 total = $500 Deposit + $420 Due at pickup + $60 additional fees for cured products + shipping fees* (local pickup is free).

Includes roughly:

40* pounds of ground pork or your choice breakfast sausage

75* pounds of Pork Chops, Roasts, Ribs, Pork Belly and/or Bacon

Approximately 110-115* total pounds

Ground Sausage- 40 lbs

Pork Roast- 15-20 lbs 

Pork Chops- 20 lbs

Ribs (spare ribs, country style)- 15 lbs

Pork Belly or Bacon- 15-20 lbs
