$920-980 total = $500 Deposit + $420 Due at pickup + $60 additional fees for cured products (bacon and hams) + shipping fees* (local pickup is free).

Includes roughly:

30* pounds of ground pork breakfast sausage (varies on cut preference)

85* pounds of Pork Chops, Roasts, Ribs, Belly, Bacon, Ham, etc...

Approximately 115-120* total pounds

 

Approximate poundage for each cut**

 

Ground Sausage- 30 lbs

Pork Roast- 15-20 lbs 

Pork Chops- 20 lbs

Ribs (spare ribs, country style)- 15 lbs

Pork Belly or Bacon- 15-20 lbs

Hams- 15-20 lbs (if you do not want hams, ground sausage will be used to replace)
