IT IS  POPULAR FOR ROAST BEEF, AND IS EXCELLENT SOUS VIDE. THE SOUS VIDE MACHINE TURNS THIS OTHER WISE LEAN ROAST INTO AN EXTREMELY TENDER AND DELICIOUS CUT.
