Pork Roast- 8-10 lbs 
Pork Chops- 8 lbs
Ribs (spare ribs, country style)- 8-10 lbs
Pork Belly or Bacon- 10 lbs
Hams- 8-10 lbs (if you do not want hams, sausage will replace this cut)
