Bavette Steak

The Bavette steak is very similar in looks to the skirt and flank steak.  The long striated muscle is great for grilling, and is tender and well marbled. Commonly used for serving as steak to large groups, fajitas, and stir fry.

Large: 2.6-3 LBS
Cowboy Cut: 3.1-3.5 LBS
Grande: 3.6-4.0 LBS
