$2000 total = $1000 deposit + $1000 due at pickup/delivery* + shipping fees* (local pickup is free).
 
*For shipped orders, the card used for the deposit will be charged one week before beef is shipped with the remaining amount ($950). For local orders, the remaining balance ($950) will be due at pickup.
